There is one address and a person reads it. No ticket system, no chatbot, no contact form that quietly discards long messages.

What to include so we can actually help
Most messages we cannot answer are missing one of three things. If your message has them, the reply is usually same-week rather than eventually.
| If you are writing about | Include |
|---|---|
| A wrong value in a table | The row, what it should say, and where you checked |
| A tool behaving oddly | The country you picked, what it produced, your browser |
| A country you want added | The country and a link to the operator’s format spec |
| Misuse of the site | What you saw and where |
| Privacy or your data | What you want to know or have removed |
Corrections are welcome, genuinely
A reference table nobody checks decays quietly. If you have found a postal format we have wrong, that message is more useful to us than a compliment, and we would rather hear it than have the error sit there being copied. Corrections are made on the page itself and the last-updated date moves with them — we do not fix things silently and we do not backdate.
What we cannot do
We cannot look up whether a specific postal code is real and deliverable — only the postal operator can, and we would be guessing. We cannot provide bulk personal data, and we will not build a feature whose purpose is to defeat somebody’s verification system; the terms of use explain why. We also cannot help with a problem on a site that is not this one.
How long we keep your message
Long enough to reply and to find the thread if you follow up. We do not add you to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list. Ask us to delete the correspondence and we will — the privacy policy covers this.
